Firstly, the Dentists are friendly and do a great job, but the reception and management are useless. Booked an appointment for 9am and had an email confirmation to confirm this, but when I arrived they said my appointment was at 08:50, so as I was over 3 minutes late I had to rebook. When I went back for my rescheduled appointment I showed the manager there the email and she apologised and asked if there's anything else they can do. I requested some kind of compensation/discount for my appointment due to their error, but they refused, as they couldn't explain their error. If they could explain the error through, they would have been able to compensate me... figure that logic out!! All I got was excuses and no service from the manager, trying to put the blame on to me, even though I had been inconvenience by them

We took our daughter who is 2.5yrs old here yesterday. The dentist and dental nurse were fab, really child friendly and made her second dental experience a very enjoyable one. Even counted her bunnys teeth too
I've seen two of the dentists here now, both were very friendly and professional. Great service, would definitely recommend.
I don't recommend this dentist 4 times cancelled my appointment after visiting and fixing my teeth about 2 weeks I feel pain then I call to reception for visit then lady told me that she call me back. She don't call me for next 3 day then I go today ask her about visit . ( sorry is close if you have pain please call 111) quick answer.
